A characterful antique storage tin for Jacob's Cream Crackers. Originally a promotional sample tin, it dates to the 1930s/40s.
A jaunty trumpet player announces Jacob and Co. Biscuits on the deep orange backdrop with synonymous with the brand. The corners of the tin are decorated with deco black and gold motifs.
On the reverse of the tin is the embossed message:
'FREE SAMPLE ASK FOR JACOB'S CREAM CRACKERS ORIGINAL AND BEST'
The tin is gloriously faded and and aged, giving it lots of character, depth and soul.
