Shipping policy

It's important to me that you receive your order as soon as possible, so you can get your hygge on! Your order will be delivered to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which I received your order. 

If my supply for the products is delayed by an event outside of my control then I will contact you as soon as possible and I will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

Provided I do this I will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact me using the email address hello@brambleandfoxshop.com to receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

If your order is to be delivered within the UK and is over £35, your order will be sent to you free of charge using Royal Mail.

Please note if you are choosing this option that it isn't a signed for service, so I am not responsible or insured for any losses or damage that might occur to your order during transit. 

If you live outside of the UK, please note that all deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local imports and duties and may be affected by customs and excise delays.
