This would have received 5 stars......BUT I have just received this casserole pot (and it's lovely) expecting it to be a large one. It was described as large and the photo shows a pot that clearly has a much greater diameter than the one I actually received - the distance between the woman's hands holding the pot and the sheer overall size of it against her body tells the tale in the photo.
This is a Christmas present for a close friend who I know wants and needs a large one. I'm now stuck with a pot that's no good to her and which will be a huge disappointment to both her and me. I obviously want to return this but time runs very short as Christmas approaches and may have to give it to her temporarily unless I can meanwhile find another elsewhere that fits the bill and will get to me in time. I would appreciate your comments. Thank you.
