A pair of glazed stoneware bottles, most likely used for ink, sauces or vinegars. Victorian and Edwardian glazed stoneware was mainly produced in Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Nottingham and London. 

The bottles are a beautiful deep speckled greige, complete with rustic bumps and bubbles in the glaze. Free from cracks, chips or crazing and ready to be reloved.

Large bottle: 14cm high and 6cm diameter

Medium bottle: 11cm high and 6cm diameter

The Hygge Factor

These rustic bottles would give depth and weight to a neutral scheme and would look beautiful filled with grasses or dried flowers and grouped with candles in a cosy corner or on a dresser.
